Terms of Service (EULA)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MintCRE (“MintCRE”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including any software, scripts, and services provided at https://mintcre.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Intended use / internal status

The Service is currently intended for internal use (or approved testers) to streamline certain accounting workflows, including workflows involving QuickBooks Online (“QBO”). You may use the Service only as authorized by us.

2) License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3) Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Do not use the Service to transmit malware or conduct abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

4) QuickBooks / Intuit

MintCRE is a third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

5) Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access you use with the Service and for all activity performed through your authorized access.

6) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made.

7) Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9) Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MintCRE operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
